We're want to make the online shopping process easy for you (and for us) so we've tried to limit the options here to as few as possible. Keep a few general things in mind, however. Orders that we receive during weekdays generally ship out the following day. Orders received between Friday and Sunday generally ship out on Monday. Arrival times given below are approximates and are not guaranteed. And for foreign orders, customs can sometimes delay delivery several days or even several weeks (depending on the country).
Domestic Orders (all 50 US states)
The only thing to know about the cost of shipping is that it's FREE for orders over $50 and only a flat fee of $5 for orders under. It usually takes about 3 working days for delivery. If you just can't wait for that beautiful package to arrive at your door, we'd be happy to send it to you via Express Mail for $24.95. Delivery in 1 or 2 working days. All US shipments are trackable and are sent via US Mail.
Outside the United States, it's FREE shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100 we have two options: 1] A flat fee of $18.95 (not trackable) or 2] A flat fee of $32.95 (trackable). Please allow at least 6 to 10 working days (add more time and extra costs if your country's customs are a pain). We also offer an Express Mail option that can get the package to you within 2 to 3 working days (again, depending on your country's customs). All shipments via US Mail.
Tracking and Lost Orders
In the rare event that your order is lost by the post office, or if it takes an unreasonable time to get delivered, we will either re-send the package to you or refund your purchase. Tracking orders (outside of the US) is expensive, but it's the only way to be able to check on the progress of the package as it makes its way to you. But since it is expensive, we also added an non-trackable option. If you can afford it, we'd recommend going for the tracked version.
If you are not in love with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (Returned items must be unworn, tags still attached). We're a tiny company and we're brand new to selling online so, unfortunately, we don't have an automated way to issue return postage. So please just send the package back to us and we'll refund the cost of return shipping to your credit card.
Please note, at the moment we cannot accept returns at any of our Hawaii store locations.
