The Sales Associate’s main duty is to provide excellent customer service, as well as supporting management as necessary.

This position includes the following responsibilities, which are subject to the discretion of the Store Manager

• Greet customers and respond to questions in a hospitable and efficient manner
• Remain knowledgeable about merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy
• Provide styling recommendations based on customer’s stated preferences, needs and desires
• Operate the POS to include cash handling, credit card processing, opening and closing of the register, refunds, returns, exchanges and transfers
• Follow up with customer requests
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
• Attend store meetings and one on one check ins with the manager
