ALOHA
We are looking for a creative, friendly and independent individual to fill a part-time (20-25 hours a week) visual merchandising position at our Oahu locations.

Expected Hours: 20 – 25 hrs per week

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar visual merchandising role is required
• Fashion retail sales experience preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and welcome critique/feedback
• Amazing fashion and styling sense
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must live on Oahu, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, flexible schedule (early mornings, nights and weekends will often be required) and be willing to travel to multiple store locations on Oahu

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee all visual merchandising for Oahu stores
• Merchandise each store at least twice a month
• Plan a consistent merchandising schedule for stores
• Continue ongoing training with managers and staff
• Aid in day to day ordering for Oahu stores (furniture, fixtures, displays, etc)
• Work with vendors to design new fixtures to increase product visibility and maximize sales floor real estate
• Assist with bi-annual inventory, cycle counts and other inventory tasks as needed
• Weekly check-in with Regional Merchandiser
