The Sales Lead’s position is to support the store managers and sales associates, as well as to provide excellent customer service.

This position includes the following requirements & responsibilities, which are subject to the discretion of the Store Manager

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and outlook.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift and holidays.



Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a hospitable manner.
• Stay informed about merchandise, sales, and promotions.
• Provide styling recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock inventory in high and low areas.
• Handle refunds, returns, and exchanges with a focus on customer service.
• Manage the sales floor in absence of managers including delegating tasks to co-workers.
