We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Kapaa team. If you have a love for fashion and interacting with people, as well as strong leadership skills, you could be the one! Store hours: 10am- 6pm daily
- Excellent communication, decision making and interpersonal skills

- Strong multitasking and delegation skills
- Ability to stand and move around the store for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Background in retail with management experience
- Experience with social media, such as Instagram
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
- Willingness to work weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Greet and assist customers by providing styling recommendations based on customer preferences
- Stay informed about merchandise, sales, and promotions
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, admin
- Consistently communicate, motivate and nurture employees
- Participate in monthly manager meeting calls and attend in person meetings with Regional Manager on other islands
- Check metrics consistently
- Overall store maintenance
- Process weekly shipment which includes some physical lifting of boxes
- Maintain a clean, stocked and aesthetically pleasing store
