We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate for our Kapaʻa location. Our perfect candidate is friendly, efficient, reliable and has a heart for service and an eye for fashion.

Please note; this is not a seasonal position.

Store hours: 10am - 6pm daily. Must be available 1 weekend shift.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced customer service skills
• Positive attitude and outlook
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong multitasking skills
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around the store for long periods (up to 8 hours), carry multiple items on hangers, and squat down to restock low drawers. The employee may occasionally be required to stand on a ladder or lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Willingness to work one weekend shift weekly and holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a hospitable manner
• Stay informed and up to date on merchandise, special events and sales goals
• Provide styling recommendations based on customer preferences
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock inventory
• Handle refunds, returns, and exchanges with a focus on customer service
